The songs meaning is basically the girl in the cartoon character is her friend Sulli and the Dragon/Lizard is Jonghyun. This song was made for the 2 of them. The lines "Leave without saying goodbye." is because they both commited suicide and left her without saying goodbye. The 3D character crying is her seeing the both of them (Sulli and Jonghyun) is in a good place now.

I hadn't read the lyrics until now…..I wasn't planning to cry watching this video but here we are. That and the comments broke me all over again. RIP, Jonghyun and Sulli. 🙇🏽‍♀️
